Description
This 1936 Silver plated Napier Penguin Cocktail Shaker was designed by Emil Schuelke. It is one of three silver plated shakers that he designed for Napier. The beak separates to pour. It is signed on the underside “Napier Patents D-101559”. A variant of this Napier Penguin Cocktail shaker is featured in the book, “Modernism in American Silver” by Jewel Stern.
