Description
This charming 8" x 8" oil painting portrait of a Vermont pony outside of his barn, is painted on an artist's canvas-board and is mounted in a contemporary 2.24" golden frame. It is singed on the lower left. Sandra Eames is a noted Vermont regional artist with many successful shows and followers. She studied art in California and Florence, Italy. She specializes in animals and landscapes. In this painting the pony is beginning to look like his adult self, with his big legs, confident eyes, and alert ears - as he looks inquisitively at the artist and the viewer.
The overall size is listed above. Sandra Eames recently moved to the Maine Coast after many years of living and painting in Vermont. -
