Spectacular, huge painting in 4 panels. Acrylic on board. Doris Marie Leeper (1929 – 2000) was a sculptor and painter from New Smyrna Beach, Florida. She was inducted into the Florida Artists Hall of Fame in 1999. She was instrumental in the creation of the Canaveral National Seashore in 1975. She was a key player in the creation of the Atlantic Center for the Arts in 1982.
