Designed and signed by Italian architect and designer Alessandro Mendini for Zanotta in 1988, the Cantaride Bar-Cabinet is a rare piece from the iconic 1980s Memphis era. The cabinet features a lacquered grey wooden frame with a vibrant hand-painted polychrome motif, supported by striking blue rectangular legs. Its front showcases Mendini’s playful geometric composition and signature in facsimile. The interior includes two side doors and a fold-down bar section revealing a silver-plated panel with intricate serigraph decoration.
