Description
This rare pair of floor lamps was produced by Falkenbergs Belysning in Sweden in the 1960s. The lamps are marked with the manufacturers label, model number '7070' and the manufacturers initials FLB on the underside of the base.
The design features a circular base and lower central stem in black lacquered metal, ending in a brass handle. Height adjustable stems in brass, with brass gooseneck fittings attached, allowing the shades to be adjusted into many different positions and angles. The height can be adjusted between 95 cm (37.4 inches) and 136 cm (53.5 inches). Vertically perforated shades in white lacquered metal with a push button mounted on the upper shade. The adjustable height and adjustable shade make this a very versatile and multifunctional design.
