Description
Architects Roberto Gabetti and Aimaro Isola were among the most influential figures in post-war Italian architecture and design. Active primarily from the 1950s onward, the duo developed a distinctive language that blended modernism with regional traditions, craftsmanship, and experimental forms. Their work is recognized for its elegant balance between rational architecture and poetic, sculptural elements, often incorporating refined materials and meticulous attention to detail. Alongside their architectural projects, Isola & Gabetti also designed furniture and lighting pieces that reflect the same sophisticated and innovative aesthetic that made them key contributors to Italian design culture of the 20th century.
Here we have a very elegant table lamp made in white Carrara marble, the piece combines geometric purity with the natural sophistication of the material, creating a timeless balance between minimalism and monumentality.
In very good condition and fully original.
We can rewire the light system to US standards upon request. -
