Description
A beautiful ceramic table lamp designed by Gunvor Olin-Grönqvist in Arabia and for the famous Stockmann department in the 1960s. The lamp features a beautiful blue toned hand painted palm leaves on a natural white background. The lamp is marked "ARABIA Finland and signed GOG" and is in beautiful condition with only one small chip on the bottom that doesn't show anywhere when in use and is hardly even worth mentioning. The shade was remade with a white fabric and according to original measurements.
Gunvor Olin-Grönqvist was a long-time artist for Arabia, from 1951-92. She designed numerous models, many of which were in serial production. -
