Description
A beautiful pair of table lamps in pine and brass, designed by Hans-Agne Jakobsson and manufactured by Ab Markaryd in Sweden. These lamps feature a beautiful combination of adjustable brass shades along with a pine stem, which work wonderfully together. The adjustable mechanism on the shades allows the light to be cast to different directions making them perfect for reading. Both lamps are stamped and in good original condition, however one of the lamps has a small dent in the brass shade (refer to pictures). Really really small, hardly even noticeable.
*Please note that as the item has adjustable parts, the measurements may vary depending on different settings.
Hans-Agne Jakobsson (1919-2009) was a renowned Swedish designer and architect, who gained international recognition for his elegant and timeless lighting designs. His creations often feature clean lines, quality craftsmanship and a minimal aesthetic. His work continues to be admired to this day. -
