Description
Ignazio Gardella 'Galleria' 2-Arm Wall Lamp for Tato Italia. Executed in blown opaline glass choice of brass, satin bronze, satin nickel, or chrome hardware.
Gardella's designs were often born from a specific need in an architectural project, and 'Galleria' is no different. When designing the staircase at the Galleria d’Arte Moderna in Milan, the architect needed strong wall lighting. He studied a series of wall plaques from which emerged tubes surmounted by sober lampshades, to spread as much light as possible. From these the entire Galleria family was born, with one to five arms, which make them extremely versatile. This authorized re-edition of his iconic design is still crafted in Italy by Tato Italia using only the highest quality materials and exceptional attention to detail.
Price is per item. Available in unlimited quantities in 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5-arm configurations and with choice of lacquered brass, satin bronze, satin nickel, or chrome hardware. This listing is for the 2-arm Galleria. Please specify finish when ordering; prices vary. List price reflects lacquered brass variant.
