Made in Italy around 1971 by Guzzini, this DL5 model is constructed from moulded ABS plastic with a domed opaline diffuser and a slender, trumpet-shaped base. The colour gradient, from a soft white to a warm ivory, subtly enhances the lamp’s natural curvature. Its flexible neck enables directional adjustment of the upper arm, while the weighted base ensures balance and poise. Lenci, known for his innovative use of industrial materials, sought to create lighting that was both functional and sensual.
