Industrial Style Pendant in Nickled Brass & White Opal Glass, Melva 1950s

An elegant and understated Finnish ceiling pendant produced by Melva. The design closely resembles model 1645, manufactured by Taito and later Idman, while this particular example is clearly stamped Melva on the inside.

The pendant features a beautifully balanced opal-glass shade with a softly rounded, tapering silhouette.
