Description
This gorgeous Mid-Century Modernist Round Two-Tier Faceted Cut Crystal Chandelier W/Nickel Fittings by Kinkeldey originates from Austria, Circa 1960. This fixture is arranged in two round tiers of square cut crystal elements with starburst cut crystal facets expanding from the center of each shade, attached to the frame with subtle spherical nickel hardware that pairs beautifully with the rod, canopy, and circular supporting framework on the fixtures undersurface. Elegantly scaled and with brilliant luminosity, this chandelier will style well in a wide array of spaces and settings, lending a serene glamour with refined execution characteristic of Mid-Century Modernist design. A stunning example of Kinkeldey, this piece has a height that can be adjusted to suit and is newly rewired to American Standards, accommodating six candelabra base bulbs achieving up to 360 watts of light. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
