Description
'Bysted Garden Long' Outdoor Bollard Light for Louis Poulsen.
Peter Bysted graduated as an architect and industrial designer from The Aarhus School of Architecture in 1978. Three years prior, in a contest arranged by Louis Poulsen concerning the illumination of?neighbourhoods with?listed buildings, he won second prize with his ‘Bysted’ bollard.
'Bysted Garden' is a downscaled version of that iconic Bysted bollard. Its four rings provide a gentle glow, while their white painted underside creates a reflection which produces a distinctive light pattern on the ground below. Available in two different heights and three mounting types, Bysted Garden allows for a wide range of installations from entrance areas to planter boxes on roof terraces. The lamp's minimalistic look makes it suited to natural settings as well as garden environments.
Available in unlimited quantities in a long or short version, and in choice of natural aluminum or corten red. Base, spike, or anchor mounting options allow for mounting on a wide range of surfaces and terrains. Prices vary. Listing price reflects a long bollard with the base mounted option - this listing is for the garden anchor mount, item number 5747404537. Power supply not included, please contact us for a quote.
Spike mounted bollard: For use in soil or gravel; includes weather-proof cables and connectors for above-ground runs. Plug and play. Anchor mounted bollard: for casting in new concrete pad. Base mounted bollard: Includes baseplate for anchoring to decks and floors. Anchor or Base mounted bollards: installation determined by certified electrician with below ground cabling and conduit. Please inquire for maximum bollards and cable distances.
Integrated 14W LED, 2700K or 3000K. UL listed (wet location).
In-stock lead time 2-3 weeks. Out of stock lead time can add an additional 8 weeks or more. For time-sensitive orders, please inquire prior to purchasing. Made to order. All sales are final. -
