Description
Architectural, sculptural, and unmistakably contemporary, this exceptional ceiling light was designed by Luca and handcrafted by Fermaluce in Italy in October of 2022. A highly decorative and design-forward flush mount, the fixture combines artisan cast blue resin with warm brass detailing and an oversized mirrored globe bulb, creating an elegant interplay of texture, reflection, and ambient illumination.
The hand-crafted resin disc features deeply sculptural organic floral relief patterns with a subtly translucent blue finish, offering the piece a jewelry-like presence whether illuminated or not. The polished brass mounting hardware and mirrored globe bulb add a luxurious modern contrast, making this fixture ideal for high-end residential interiors, boutique hospitality spaces, designer powder rooms, dressing rooms, hallways, gallery installations, coastal modern homes, contemporary penthouses, and collectible design environments.
Retaining its original maker’s label and dated October 19, 2022, this example is a superb opportunity for interior designers, architects, collectors of contemporary Italian lighting, and those sourcing statement lighting with artisan craftsmanship and limited-production appeal.
This piece works beautifully alongside interiors inspired by Achille Castiglioni, Joe Colombo, Paola Navone, and luxury lighting houses such as Flos, Artemide, and Fontana Arte.
A rare designer lighting statement with strong visual presence and excellent scale for both intimate and dramatic interiors.
