Description
This exceptional pair of Mid-Century Modernist table lamps by Lumi, crafted in Murano, Italy, represents the perfect synergy of thoughtful design and refined materiality. Each lamp features a sculptural white ceramic base, distinguished by its clean lines and modernist form, reflecting the elegant simplicity of the late 20th century.
The ceramic base is complemented by polished brass accents that elegant rise along the surface of the ceramic bodies, which bring a touch of warmth and sophistication to the overall design. The brass details, meticulously crafted, create a harmonious contrast with the smooth and neutral finish of the white ceramic, achieving a dynamic yet balanced aesthetic.
These lamps are functional as well as sculptural, making them ideal additions to modern interiors or as sophisticated accents for seating areas, desks, or side tables. Their timeless forms and masterful combination of materials encapsulate the essence of 1980s Italian design while remaining versatile for contemporary settings.
A rare find, these Lumi Murano table lamps are a celebration of Italian artistry and the enduring appeal of Mid-Century Modern design. Fitted with custom made gallery shades and newly rewired to American Standards, these table lamps accommodate one edison base bulb each achieving up to 100 watts of light.
