An original and rare pair of Mod. 2240 'Micro' wall lights by Max Ingrand for Fontana Arte, Italy, c.1961. The Micro design features a sleek oval brass frame that surrounds two profiled glass diffusers, each with a concave acid-etched centre which partially conceals the single lightbulb. Another beautifully understated piece of mid-century lighting design from this prestigious Milanese company. A second matching pair is also available.

Rewired: Wall lights have been completely re-wired whilst retaining their original lamp holders. Wear consistent with age and use. Glass in perfect condition and the brass parts show signs of oxidisation, all commensurate with age.
