Description
This bold and sophisticated Mid-Century Modern light was realized in Italy, circa 1970. It features an ombre glass shade- transitioning from more opaque towards its base to fully translucent at its apex realized in hand blown Murano glass. The lamp shade has a dramatic and sculptural concave peaked silhouette that rises from an austere circular black enamel base. With its beautiful glass quality and refined palate, this piece is as versatile as it is aesthetically compelling, blending perfectly with any style of interior from classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. It has been newly rewired to American standards and is in excellent vintage condition,
