Description
1960s Giuseppe Ostuni metal and glass tripod table lamp for O-Luce. An extremely rare and surprisingly versatile design executed in black painted metal and brass with an opaline glass diffuser by one of the most refined Italian designers of the midcentury. Its warm and diffuse glow makes this table lamp an ideal candidate for a wide variety of applications.
O-Luce was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era. Their exceptionally refined designs have been long sought after by discerning collectors.
Rewired for US electrical with new twist black cloth cord and period styled US wall plug. Accommodates 2x 60W equivalent standard candelabra base (e12) bulbs. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.
