The lamps are accompanied by a pair of vibrant original red fiberglass shades. Each lamp is sculpted as a stacked architectural totem, presenting a multi-layered silhouette consisting of an elongated inverted obelisk column rising from an oblong central disc, all anchored by a truncated pyramidal base.

Rejecting the cold metals of mass-market atomic lighting, American studio craftsmen during this era pivoted toward organic texture and verticality into minimalist spaces. Lamp Bases: Excellent vintage condition. The solid oak bodies maintain full structural integrity, completely free of joint checking, splits, or deep gouges. The original hand-applied cerused finish is remarkably stable, displaying a beautiful amber wood patina within the oak matrix. The heavy brass-finished collars are securely mounted. Mechanically tightened and rewired with premium components.
Fiberglass Shades: Very good vintage condition. The shades retain outstanding structural shape and magnificent, even color saturation with no heat scorching, major punctures, or frame warping. Consistent with age and genuine historical authenticity, there is a minor, honest break in the vintage whipstitch perimeter lacing. This does not impact the structural integrity of the set.
