Pair of Mid-Century Modern Cut-Out Tear Drop Brass & Ebonized Walnut Table Lamps

Sold Sold
  • Description
This dramatic and sculptural pair of table lamps were realized in the United States, circa 1960. They offer a tear drop form with four stylized cut-out spade like supports surrounding a central polished brass rod. The supports meet at the crest of a conical brass embellishment that sits atop a circular ebonized walnut base. With their graphic and iconically Mid-Century Modern form, these lamps embody the qualities that discerning collectors of the period cherish. They have been newly rewired to American standards and are in excellent condition.
