Description
Large Poul Henningsen 'PH Wall' outdoor sconce for Louis Poulsen in raw copper. The PH Wall is part of the revolutionary three shade system developed by Paul Henningsen in 1925-1926 where the metal shades of the lamp ingeniously cast a uniform and glare-free light distribution. Henningsen's innovative design sought to direct light to where it most needed while creating aesthetically pleasing soft shadows. The shades have a matte white painted inside to ensure diffuse, comfortable light distribution.
Price is per item. Available in unlimited quantities.
Please note that the copper surface is untreated in order to achieve a rich verdigris finish over time. This can result in an inconsistent surface finish prior to the product achieving full patina. This process might have begun already during stocking/ transportation. Patination process can be chemically induced for an additional fee by a 3rd party vendor.
Accommodates a single medium base e26 bulb. UL listed for wet locations. 6.1 inch backplate mounts directly over a 4" octagonal American junction box.
In-stock lead time up to 2-3 weeks. Out of stock lead time up to 10-12 weeks or more. Please note in-stock availability subject to change. For time sensitive orders, please contact us prior to purchasing.
