Description
Architectural, tailored, and exceptionally refined, this Remains Lighting "Philip 10" flush mount ceiling fixture represents the uncompromising craftsmanship and timeless design language that has made Remains Lighting a preferred specification among elite interior designers, architects, luxury builders, and hospitality projects worldwide.
Designed and handcrafted in the United States, this square architectural flush mount is executed in solid bronze with a sophisticated satin nickel finish, paired with beautifully diffused clear frosted glass panels. The design incorporates a carefully considered progression of coves, steps, and recessed moldings, creating a harmonious, tailored silhouette that feels equally at home in traditional, transitional, Art Deco, neoclassical, contemporary, and modern interiors.
Constructed using the same precision and finishing techniques found in fine jewelry fabrication, every corner, joint, and transition reflects the obsessive craftsmanship for which Remains is internationally recognized. The Philip series has become highly sought after by designers specifying luxury residences, boutique hotels, gallery spaces, dressing rooms, hallways, powder rooms, entry foyers, and custom architectural environments.
This example was manufactured on June 28, 2011 and acquired directly from the Remains showroom as a floor sample, offering collectors and design professionals an authentic showroom example of one of the brand’s most iconic architectural ceiling fixtures. The model remains easily identifiable through Remains archives and catalogs.
The softly illuminated frosted glass combined with the warm satin nickel over bronze construction creates an understated elegance that elevates any interior while maintaining the clean proportions and restrained detailing associated with the finest American lighting design.
