1980s Romolo Lanciani black 'Tender' table lamp for Tronconi. Executed in opaline glass and black enameled metal, Italy, circa 1980s. A surprisingly refined and minimal design, especially for its time and place.

Tronconi was a major Italian lighting and design company founded by Enrico Tronconi. Previously Tronconi had designed the iconic 'Bamboo' floor lamp for Vistosi. Romolo Lanciani is an Italian Industrial designer whose lighting was produced by Tronconi, Pioluci, Leucos and other modern manufacturers.

Origin: Italy Period: 1980-1999 Materials: Enameled metal, opaline glass. Condition: Good. Rewired single socket US candelabra bulb, black cords.
