Description
Zaccagnini geodesic table lamp, Italy, 1969. Small scale spherical table lamp with recessed circular discs, recalling Buckminster Fuller's geodesic structures — most familiarly his Fly's Eye Dome. Glazed in semi-gloss and matte silver. The ceramic body measures 10.5 inches; 14.5 inches to the top of the single socket. Signed on the underside "Z Italy," with a "Made in Italy" paper label; the underside is otherwise covered in felt.
