French 19th Century Long Bench in Fortuny Fabric

$ 4,800
  • Description
    Dimensions: 19” H x 81” W x 20” D

    This sprawling French 19th century bench seat is upholstered in a captivating Fortuny print of rampant lions in tonal blues and periwinkle that come alive by the metallic luster inherent to the material. The wide scale of the bench is generous for placement in living areas, hallways or bedrooms, while the solid construction in itself gives it a certain authority; three pairs of turned and tapered oak legs support the mass of the seat that have been gently cleaned with a French paste wax. We believe this to be in good condition considering its age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos. Upon close inspection the fabric shows a few light pen stains. Please view the detailed image gallery for the current condition and message us with any questions.
