    This rare pair of chairs was designed by Guglielmo Ulrich and produced in Italy in the 1940s.

    The design is characterized by the rounded silhouette of the seat shell. The tapered, slightly curved legs in solid walnut emphasize the elegant shape of the chairs. The armless slipper-style form makes this a versatile pair, suitable for placement in a variety of rooms and settings.

    The chairs have been fully restored and reupholstered in a terracotta Dedar chenille fabric, with contrasting ivory piping accentuating the shape and lines of the design. The wooden legs in good condition with patina and minor signs of wear consistent with age and use.
