Description
Ole Wanscher chair FD109 made by France & Daverkosen. An iconic design, this particular chair is of first and early production period between 1952-56. The original spring marshal units that make up the seat and back rest have been restored and maintained. So unlike other chairs, the seat and back cushions are not a foam panel. Each are a spring marshal unit covered in cotton felt. Creating exceptional comfort and durability. Both seat and back rest are specific an individual in size and shape, following exactly the original design including buttons. The back rest is tapered to the top and the seat wider in the front. France & Daverkosen insignia on both the frame and the seat platform.
