This beautiful Louis XVI style ebonized desk stamped Maurice Hirsch has been made in the early 1960s with black varnished mahogany wood, cognac leather top, and brass decor and accents. With its sleek rectangular bureau plat shape, fluted feet with brass sabots and handles, this desk is typical of the French neoclassical work of Maurice Hirsch, Louis XVI inspired.
