Description
These stunning earrings were realized Circa 1980 by the esteemed jewelry designer Patricia Schepps vail - former president of the storied Fifth Avenue store known for producing some of the century's most exquisite jewelry. These earrings testifies to Vails forward looking aesthetic and the houses impeccable craftsmanship . Created using a pearlescent nautilus shell wrapped with bands of 18k gold that trace the shapes silhouette. These earrings showcase the inherent beauty of the materials employed in there construction.The earrings are also fitted with 4 cabochon rubies capping there top and bottom of the nautilus shell. They are fitted with clip and the buyer could have them converted to posts if they desire. They also come with the original box and are in excellent condition. They are of course marked Seaman Schepps as well.
