This stunning ètagére represents the timeless elegance of Mid-Century Modern Italian at its finest. It features a pair of lustrous brass cylindrical legs that taper at its base to ball feet. The feet support a handrubbed walnut frame consisting of two solid pieces of handrubbed walnut- connected by gently bowed walnut cross slats- with curved tapered horn shape embellishments presented in palindromic symmetry. Additionally, it has a built-in cabinet with an ebonized walnut back and glass sliding doors, as well as a glass shelf, perfect for storing any number of items from objet d'art to bar accessories. With its clean, modern lines, this piece would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Mid Century Modern to contemporary. Mint restored condition.
