Description
1950s Bruno Chiarini double pendant suspension lamp for Stilnovo. A quintessentially 1950s Italian design executed in two cascading matte finish opaline glass pendants with sculptural brass hardware and the original architectural ceiling canopy modified for mounting over a standard American J-box. A highly functional light sculpture of attractive scale and incomparable refinement. Stilnovo was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era. Their designs have been long sought after by collectors in the know. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing available from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee.
Professionally rewired for US candelabra bulbs; custom thick brass canopy added for compatibility with US electrical J-box. -
