Pair of Ceramic Basket-Weave Paul Hanson Lamps with Ivory Crackle Glaze

$ 2,150
  • Description
    These ceramic and brass baluster-shaped lamps are attributed to the Paul Hanson Lighting Company circa 1955. These attractive lamps are inspired by traditional Chinese vessels, but are upgraded by Hanson into the Holyrood Regency style with a modern basket-weave pattern. The lamps are mounted on brass plinth bases and have domed brass caps below the sockets. They are an impressively large size and have a pleasing off-white color, with a clean and crisp appearance. The basket weave pattern and crackled glaze add interest and character. There is random light wear on the brass, giving them a pleasing vintage feel.
