Description
Large 'Balloons' Translucent blown glass & brass floor lamp for Brokis
Handmade to order by Brokis in the Czech Republic using many of the same labor intensive artisanal glass blowing and metalworking techniques they’ve skillfully employed for nearly 200 years. Each uniquely fabricated lamp reflects the meticulous work of an impressive group of craftspeople, whose scrupulous attention to detail, use of high quality materials and incomparable design acumen shine through. Executed in brass and handblown translucent glass.
The Balloons collection showcases the meticulous craftsmanship of the Brokis glassmakers, whose use of two independent glass sections in the design gives the impression of an integral whole, while pushing the technological boundaries for handblown glass.
Price per item. Available in unlimited quantities. Internal metal reflectors available in brass, copper, or lacquered paint. Available in chrome for an additional cost. Glass is available in clear, smoke grey or smoke brown. This listing is for the large 'Balloons' floor lamp in brass with handblown translucent glass with black cord.
Not in stock and handmade to order with a 10-11 week fabrication and transit time from the Czech Republic to our receiving warehouse in California. Shipping cost is per item. Out of stock can take an additional 8 weeks or more. Kindly inquire for current lead times prior to placing time sensitive orders. Additional transit time added depending upon the shipping method selected at time of purchase.
Please note that only one representative example of the lamp is featured in the photos. The color of the glass pieces can vary from item to item due to the artisanal handmade nature of production. Items made with wood or marble can also differ from piece to piece due to the natural variation inherent in organic materials.
