Poul Jensen Danish Modern Coffee Table. A spectacular Danish Modern coffee table by Poul Jensen for Selig having original Vitrolite white glass top with splayed legs (spider legs) capped with brass sabot feet. Very special to have an all original table with the Vitrolite glass top. Vitrolite production ending by 1950 but was used well into the 1960's. The white glass top comes off the frame and the frame folds flat. This folding design was a trade mark of Danish Modern Design being the first flat packs of the era making global shipping easy and cost effective. The table is in amazing original condition, especially the white glass top very good condition. A rare table as the vitrolite glass top is nearly impossible to replace today.
