Maria Lindeman was an active figure in Finland’s mid-20th-century design landscape, most known for her work as a designer for Idman, the biggest Finish lighting manufacturer at that time. She contributed to the country’s reputation for refined, modern forms grounded in material honesty. In good vintage condition. Wear consistent with age and use. The lamps have recently been rewired. The shades are a later replacement.
