Description
This elegant Swedish linen closet, crafted circa 1890, is a beautiful example of late 19th-century Scandinavian craftsmanship and understated design. Made from high-quality solid wood, the cabinet features a tall, refined silhouette with a single large door that opens to reveal multiple interior shelves, offering generous storage for linens, tableware, or household essentials. The façade is enhanced by subtle carved details and decorative motifs, while the gently molded cornice adds architectural balance to the piece. Finished in a soft, patinated light tone, the surface shows a gracefully aged character that enhances its antique appeal. Standing at 78 inches tall, with a width of 36.25 inches and depth of 21.25 inches, it makes a striking yet versatile storage solution for a bedroom, hallway, or dining space. Both functional and timeless, this linen closet embodies the elegance and practicality that define Swedish furniture design of the period.
This is an antique and having been around for a long time, it will show signs of wear. Antique pieces have very much sought-after character and associated flaws. Please review photos for condition & contact us with questions! -
