Description
These "Morten" dining room chairs by Niels Koefoed are classic examples of Danish modern design. Crafted from solid beech, they feature simple lines and thoughtful craftsmanship. Reupholstered in light mottled burgundy fabric, the seats offer a charming contrast to the warm wood.
Design
Curved backrests and clean structures create a comfortable seating experience while maintaining a sleek, understated design. The light burgundy fabric adds a contemporary touch, blending well with the vintage aesthetic. Over time, the beech frames have developed a natural patina, giving each chair a lived-in look. This patina highlights the wood’s character, making these pieces a perfect addition to both modern and classic interiors.
Condition
The condition of the chairs is good with only minimal traces of age and use such as scratches and minor imperfections. The chairs are re-upholstered. -
