Description
This rare three-legged floor lamp was designed and produced in Denmark in the 1960s.
The sculptural design is executed in brass with dark-stained beechwood legs and details. Its elegant tripod base and slender stem give it an appearance typical of Danish modern lighting from the period. The renewed shade is made in ivory-colored Loro Piana linen. A wooden finial resting on top of the shade holder completes the design.
The total height of the lamp is adjustable between 159.5 cm and 169.5 cm (62.8 in – 66.7 in).
The lamp is in good condition, with a natural patina to the brass consistent with age and use. The wood has been refinished and the shade is renewed. Currently wired for 220V European use.
