Dimensions: 30 ¼” H x 21” W x 21” D

English vintage mid-century modern armchair in the manner of Kofod-Larsen with a detached seat back on springy metal bars that bend to the sitter’s preferences of recline. The shell back wraps around toward the front with the suggestion of arms, a kind of hug that is both inviting and supportive as a desk or lounge chair. Both the seat back and thick seat are presently wrapped in a natural linen upholstery in good, gently worn condition. Legs and frame in a satin black ebonized finish make a strong visual and stabilizing foundation to the design. We believe this to be in good antique condition considering its age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos.
