She's so cool. This is one of Lisa Johansson-Pape's later designs, made in the 1960s once steel became available again after wartime rationing eased. It's a perfect example of how she stayed at the cutting edge of design - here using an automotive-style lacquered finish paired with an acrylic shade, a contemporary combo. This is an original version made by Orno, in the "violetti" purple colorway is which is simply luscious - rich and saturated in a way photos rarely capture. This is a rare beauty, complete with its original acrylic shade.
