    Although compromised, this is still a genuine Akstafa kellegi (long rug) from the southern central Caucasus, with three octogramme medallions in red and ecru on a dark blue field with eight characteristic large ecru peacocks and a scatter fill of small tertiary devices. Ecru main border shows disjoint squares with paired hooks on two opposing sides. Moderate/medium weave. Fair condition.
