Description
The abrashed straw field shows a dense veron of the "œVase Carpet" one-way pattern of lazy, tilted and upright petal and oval palmettes, volute racemes, iris amphora palmettes, and two small vases. A broad stem lattice hold the pattern together around the implicit central axis. Peach border with reversing and tilted petal palmettes. Moderately fine NW Persian city weave. Cotton foundation. Good condition.
