Description
Given the pile materials, this east Anatolian Persian-style scatter probably comes from Kayseri. The soft palette is clearly aimed at an export market. The soft slate field shows a sand four lobe medallion and extended wavy corners. Slender cypresses, potted flowers and palmettes in the sand border. Good condition.
