Description
A refined 20th-century French wrought iron chandelier featuring elegant craftsmanship and a graceful, architectural silhouette. The piece is suspended from a foliate-form canopy, from which three substantial chains descend to support a circular openwork frame. The ring is adorned with scrolling iron motifs and subtle leaf-like flourishes, adding texture and movement without overwhelming the form. Four candle-form lights rest on petaled drip pans, creating a warm and inviting glow when illuminated. The finish shows a soft, naturally aged patina, enhancing the chandelier’s sense of history and authenticity. Impressive yet understated, the chandelier strikes a beautiful balance between rustic charm and classical French decorative tradition. Perfect over a dining table, in a foyer, or as a focal point in a living room where character and softness are desired. Rewired for U.S. use. Ready to hang.
This is an antique and having been around for a long time, it will show signs of wear. Antique pieces have very much sought-after character and associated flaws. Please review photos for condition & contact us with questions!
