Art Deco Floor Lamp in Patinated Brass with Rattan Shade 1940s

Showing a subtle but very refined design, this floor lamp would be a great addition to any stylish interior. It is luxurious yet modest and featuring an almost Brancusi like design. The tripod base with ball feet in bakelite adds some extra visual interest. The shade in rattan gives it a rich and almost exotic appearance with strong hints to Scandinavian art deco and mid century masterpieces.

The lamp comes in a very good and original condition with a nice patina on the brass and rattan. We redid the wiring and added a new high-end socket in brass. EU-wired.
