Description
This rare floor lamp was designed by Harald Notini in the early 1930s and produced as model number 15101 by Arvid Böhlmarks Lampfabrik in Sweden. The model is documented in the manufacturer’s catalogue from that time.
The striking design is characterized by a three-legged, undulating base, a tubular central stem, and a decorative lamp head featuring a swirled finial. The height of the lamp and the positioning of the shade are adjustable. The total height of the lamp is adjustable between 124 and 174 cm. The entire base is crafted from patinated wrought iron, while a coolie-shaped rattan shade completes the design.
The base is in good, completely original condition. The wrought iron has developed a beautiful, natural patina. The rattan shade is a later addition and is in excellent condition. Currently fitted with 220V European wiring and plug. -
