This rare table lamp was designed by Josef Schott in the 1960s and produced by Smålandshyttans Glasbruk in Sweden.
The design is characterized by a tall, tapered, column-shaped base. The base is crafted from thick clear glass with a beautiful deep blue glass accent in the undercatch. The exterior is adorned with a bubble relief motif throughout, creating a refined texture and adding visual depth to the piece. The tapered shade has been renewed in an ivory, linen-textured fabric.
The lamp is in very good condition. It has been rewired and is currently fitted with a 220V European plug and a standard E26/E27 bulb socket. The shade is newly replaced.
