This Mid-Century Modernist Floor Lamp in Polished Brass W/Glass Rod Detailing & Black Enamel by Lightolier originates from the United States, Circa 1970. This floor lamp is beautifully proportioned with stunning material execution. Featuring seven tiers of glass rods suspended by polished brass discs evenly spaced and attached around the central rod of the lamp, these transparent rods hang in a beautiful fashion as they subtly diffuse the light cast from the lamp as well as the surrounding environment. Creating a dazzling lightness and the illusion of transparency, the entire lamp has an unmistakably elegant presence. With a black enameled base and custom gallery shade, this piece is newly rewired to American Standards and accommodates two Edison base bulbs achieving up to 200 watts of light. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
