Description
Suspension Murano Glass Pendant Light designed by Lino Tagliapietra. This shape is noted as " Magia" consiting of opaline glass, with raised crema colored ring, brilliant translucent white surrounded with rounded amber rim. Hang at 32 inches and is adjustable to 18 inches or we can achieve any drop longer then 32 needed for additional charge.
Beautiful fixture for breakfast nook, dinning table, foyer, any place you can hang it. Giving a warm glow with a sensational celestial presence. In very good condition.
Lino Tagliapietra is a Venetian glassblower and sculptor, born in 1934, who is considered a master of glass art and a key figure in the American studio glass movement. His work is known for its elegance, complexity, and visual poetry. Tagliapietra is a founding figure of the mid-20th century Murano glassmaking movement. He learned his craft at age 12 due to Murano's poor economy, and became a maestro glassblower at 25. -
