Description
This striking, generously sized table lamp was produced in France in the 1950s.
The sculptural design consists of a hand-turned barley twist stem and sculptural domed base with subtle carved feet details. The base is executed in solid oak with a warm, natural patina highlighting the grain and organic character of the wood. The tapered drum shade is a new, custom design in an ivory color Loro Piana linen.
The lamp is in very good condition, recently rewired with 220V European wiring and a regular E26/E27 bulb fitting. New shade.
